Ingredients: shea butter, olive or coconut oil, beeswax, and magnesium chloride.
Directions: Using a teaspoon amount 15 minutes before bed, rub creme on bottom of feet, chest, legs, or joints. Can be used on children over the age of 6 months and preferred location for children is chest or back. Store in a cool area.
