Our Cancellation, Exchange, and Shipping Policy

Medical Disclaimer: Butta Scrubs, LLC is not responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur while using our products. Please discontinue use of products if skin irritation occurs. Butta Scrubs, LLC does not make any claims of healing properties or any other scientific causes involving any medical conditions, syndromes, diseases, etc. Please consult with a licensed medical professional or your healthcare provider with any health related questions.

All ingredients used are listed on each product made by Butta Scrubs. 

Warnings: Some of the natural ingredients used may have traces or possibly processed by machinery that was used to process tree nuts, peanuts, bees/ pollen products, soy, oats, and/ or milk products.


Please notify Butta Scrubs within 24hours of notice to cancel any online purchases. Simply email us at to stop the order from being prepared and shipped out. A refund will be issued prior to online order fulfillment. There are no other circumstances where a refund will be negotiated. Returns are not available at this time.


Due to COVID- 19, special precautions will be taken when requesting an exchange. Exchange requests should be requested within the first 48 hours after purchase. Anything or anytime after this time frame is not negotiable. Products MUST be unused and in the same condition when purchased.  Please provide brief description AND (photos, and proof of purchase date) if possible, in the email. An agreement will be met between Butta Scrubs and customer as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we do NOT accept exchanges for gift cards, e-gift cards, or gift certificate purchases or final sale products.


Due to the nature that Butta Scrubs products are homemade, melting and breakdown of the product is possible during the shipping process. Please inspect your purchase upon receipt and notify us immediately (within 48 hours) via email if the product/s are damaged. Correcting the situation is our main priority! Please send photos of products that are damaged and proof of purchase if possible in the email. Butta Scrubs will replace any products damaged during the shipping process within reasonable discretion.


Orders are only shipped on Monday thru Wednesday. Any orders made after these days will go out the following Monday (also in observance of holidays). Butta Scrubs uses UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ship all orders. During the summer months,  additional measures are used in the shipping process. To provide the best quality to you, you will receive your purchase in a sealed shipping cooler packaged with ice packs in a shipping box. Please inspect your order upon arrival.


Butta Scrubs will not be responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but not received by the actual customer. Check with your local post office to see if perhaps your delivery is being held. If not, file a claim with the delivery services within the first 24-48 hours, DON’T WAIT.

We are not responsible for packages or products shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer. Special notes should be added to the order prior to completing your order. If the customer would like to make any changes before order is shipped (within 24 hours), please contact us via email
